Well I hope that you responded, especially since they addressed you in such a personal way. What are a few grammar/punctuation errors if they are so Legitimate and world-class? Maybe they also operate the charitable mission emails gathering friendly pledges to save Namibia.
Well at least we don't have to worry about their products.
