wow, i must admit i'm extremely impressed. your new home rocks. too bad you don't get to keep the toile shower curtain. i'm furthermore impressed that you've drawn me out of my extreme aversion to blogs. oh how i used to hate them. of course i still don't HAVE one...that would be taking it just a little too far. uhhrfeev.

i would like to comment on vron's comment...does your extreme aversion to blogs mean that you dont take the time to look at what your friends are up to? I feel forgotten and ignored....

clarification: i prefer to actually talk to my friends in person. since that doesn't always happen due to misc. reasons, a blog might come in a strong 2nd. but still 2nd. truce? tiqculr.

vron: yes. truce. i am glad as you like to hide when you are online and now i can leave you random notes on people's blogs, hoping you will find them. we do need to spend some quality time together baking cookies and eating minature ben and jerry's. jen.

As the ladies continue their conversation, I would like to say what an excellent-looking apartment you have scored, Timothy. I am hoping that the first furniture purchase you make is a ping-pong table. Think of how versatile it would be!

Even comes with a backyard. When's the BBQ?

Blogger Timothy said...

Not a bad idea, Alj. The BBQ will be (1) after we are settled in and (2) after I buy a BBQ.

I must say, Justin's idea of your first purchase being a ping-pong table is a good one!

"It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in
possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife. However little known the feelings or views a man may be on his first entering a neighborhood, this truth is so well fixed in the minds of the
surrounding families, that he is considered as the rightful property
of some one or other of their daughters." Jane Austen, _Pride and
Prejudice_

i am going to get it for this one, aren't i?
