Yes, last Friday night we had a real humdinger of a time at the opening night of Narnia. I can recommend the movie to anyone and everyone... not a waste of time or money. Here's a few photos from the evening (dinner at 5 spot, coffee at Uptown Espresso, and the movie at Cinerama):
That was such a great night! Jill and I ate (too much) dinner at the Pink Door, then loitered around Walgreens after bugging the bathroom lady at Westlake after it was closed, then made it to the movie. There needs to be more nights like that, where we can run rampant through the streets of Seattle. :)
Nice pictures, I'm with fin on the stairs. I too saw the movie on opening night, where I left my muted cell phone, which I didn't realize until two hours later. When I did I went back and lo and behold there it was in the hands of the manager and he politely gave it back and wished me well

Was the manager balding?
I couldn't agree with you more, Rose.
And wasn't it the Mysterious Stairway of Death?
I believe some of my Spokane ken were at that very same Cinerama showing of TLTWATW. Could have been a different time, though.
he was indeed not balding but rather, sporting gray and wavy afro.
That sounds like a truly good evening. I got to see the film last week, but truth be told I was disappointed. I prefer the cartoon!
