Random
I've discovered that my sense of humor is particularly suited for the random and spontaneous. I find off-the-wall, non-sequitur statements to be quite pleasing.
I've discovered that some people don't like random statements. Observe your internal reaction to the following sentence:
"Pudding patties are tasty for the rain people."
Depending on your personality type, you may have enjoyed that, or you may just find it a bit annoying.

There once was a man from the sticks
Who liked to write limericks
But he failed at the sport
Cuz he wrote them too short
Tim makes random quotes
nonsensical, I like it
when he says these things
I love absurdity but I don't always like randomness. I have philosophical reasons for this which I won't get in to--ok I will just a little--because random things don't seem to have any meaning for me except to sound clever and different, so I always find myself wanting to ask, what's the point? Life can be random but the dots always link to some kind of design, so it bugs when something seems to convey meaninglessness, even if it sounds funny. Which is why I protest the use of secret codes (Roni). uhmwrq.
casting my ballot for "slightly annoying"!
Not sure I find it annoying, perhaps just a little confusing...

I own. :)
I like it when random things happen randomly. Key word: randomly. But if a person means to be random, it's no longer random, but intentional. Therefore, I would find that statement a bit annoying, but I still like you, and can appreciate your misrepresented randomness.
Ouch.
Randomness is like an apple: red, and sometimes crunchy. And sometimes green. With half a worm. I take that back, the middle thing.
