So my flatmate, Daniel, has taken to boiling entire dozens of eggs at a time to pack with him for various meals and snacks. I recently munched down a couple of these bad boys only to be reminded how tasty and healthy a good hard-boiled egg is, especially with a touch of salt sprinkled on. Great in protein also!
I'm cooking some on the stove right now.
When was the last time you enjoyed the goodness of a hard-boiled egg?
